Gavin
Chief Executive Officer, Tottenham FC devotee and the money man. Enjoys crunching numbers and painting (not by numbers).
Omar
Pillars Chief Operating Officer and Boxing fanboy. Takes the lead with operations, logistics and cooking Arabic family recipes.
Eamonn
First and foremost, a foodie. Also Director of Brewing and Co-Founder. Geeks out about graphic novels.
Samie
Co-founder, non-drinker (yes you read that correctly) and head of branding. Very enthusiastic about golf.
Marius
When he isn’t heading up our brew team, Marius can be found cooking, baking and studying beer.
Kayleigh
Marketing manager and book shop lurker. Partial to reading, yoga and unfashionable music.
Peter
The sales guru. Top skills include slinging beer, kicking footballs and playing drums.
Dani
Dani is our packaging aficionado. Beloved by everyone and able to neck an entire chicken wing in one mouthful.
Braden
Braden manages the Pillars taproom. Most commonly found pouring pints and playing retro video games.
José
Josè is a top-notch brewer and travel enthusiast. The only thing he loves more than a Pillars Pilsner is his Mum's Portuguese cooking.
Rachel
(Metal) Head honcho at The Untraditional Pub. Rachel is a fan of tacos, tattooing and video games.
Nick
The logistics brain. Nick makes sure the lager is where it needs to be (your hand). An admirer of Formula 1, Spurs and EmmyLou Harris.
Murphy
Murphy oversees the whole operation. Likes to welcome everyone who enters the brewery, unless you are the postman. Overall, a very good boy.
