The Home of Lager lives within the heart of East London. This Walthamstow brewery is where our award-winning lager is created. Pillars Brewery was the first specialist lager brewery in London, and since 2016 we have grown into a diverse and inclusive community of lager lovers. Lager is the world’s favourite beer and we are devoted to making some of the best lager in the UK. 

Each pint of Pillars lager is brewed with care, by a specialist team of family and old friends, using our traditional Bavarian-style brewhouse. Every element of our independent brewery is designed with the specific purpose of brewing craft lager, from the lauter tun to the onsite water treatment plant. We tailor the water profile for each brew and complete the brewing process with a minimum of four-weeks cold conditioning.
